I hear that in Buddhists countries the beggars are not appreciative of those who help them because the beggars feel they are helping the helpers to get into the Paradise.
Some house church members may have similar thoughts. Even when their shepherds and their spouses provide help for them, they are not very appreciative. Helping Our Offering Counting Servants!
When Sunday worship is over and we are happily having our fellowship with one another over refreshments, there are a couple of people whose ministry just begins. They are the offering counting servants. For the sake of accountability, we have at least two people count the offering at church immediately after worship.
