The purpose of the Ministry Team is to help New Life Fellowship members discover and fulfill their unique purpose for life by getting them plugged into fruitful and fulfilling ministries that utilize their God-given Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences.
Ministry Opportunities
Ministry Discovery
- Class 301, Discovering my Ministry, is a core NLF class that teaches members the fundamentals of SHAPE profile.
- Volunteers may assist in curriculum research and development.
Ministry Guides
- Ministry Guides serve as “personal trainers” to help NLF members who take Class 301 get in SHAPE to serve at NLF.
- Volunteers are required to have committed to New Life’s Ministry Covenant.

- Our goal is develop a comprehensive reference that lists all of the ministry opportunities of NLF and their descriptions.
- The purpose of the directory is to help both visitors and members to learn more about the ministries offered at NLF in order to get involved in service.
Ministry Classifieds
- The classifieds will list short-term or urgent ministry needs in each of the core ministry teams at NLF.
- The purpose of the classifieds is to advertise ministry needs in a prompt and effective manner to the congregation.
General Volunteer
- All Ministry Team members will have the opportunity to get involved in short-term projects or events offered by the other core ministries at NLF.
- By serving in various ways, Ministry Team members will have the benefit of refining their SHAPE through trial and error.
