Ministry Rush Month is upon us! For the next six weeks, we will be highlighting each of our six ministries during service:
8/20 Greetings
8/27 Care
9/3 Drama (“Thespians of Christ”)
9/10 Body Worship (“Seoulkettes”)
9/17 Praise
9/24 Multimedia*
* You must serve in the greetings ministry for at least 1 year before joining the multimedia team.
Here are a few requirements that you need to be aware of before joining a SBC YG ministry.
First, you must be an active participant of your house church. This means that you must regularly attend your house church and be serving in some capacity.
Second, you must have already been baptized. Baptism is an outward sign of a believer’s salvation and its basis is found in the New Testament. You must first be saved to be baptized.
Third, you must stay true to your commitment. If you want to serve, you must do so faithfully. Your ministry team members must be able to count on you throughout your commitment.
I encourage all of you who are not currently serving in a ministry team to join. There is nothing like serving Jesus with fellow brother and sisters!
